Chemistry & Environmental Science Permit Request Form
Permits will be given on a case-by-case basis, and should only be requested if an error is received when trying to register. If you have received an error during registration and believe you require a permit, here are the steps to follow:

Your academic advisor has to approve the permit before it will be issued--permits will not be issued without academic advisor confirmation. You may cc chempermits@njit.edu in your emails with your advisor.
- Forward your advisor's email approving the permit to chempermits@njit.edu
- Fill out and submit the Permit Request Form
